Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Randal Clappertron!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kurt Zweihander!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Shimada and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clappertron drops Zweihander with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Zweihander looks back up at him and smiles so Clappertron waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Kurt Zweihander has been cut.
Clappertron cracks Zweihander with an open hand slap.
Zweihander is rocked!
Clappertron misses with a hook
and Zweihander cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Zweihander is still on wobbly legs! Can Clappertron finish him?
Clappertron takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Zweihander seems to have recovered his senses.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Some wild striking there from Clappertron.
Clappertron takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Zweihander tries to close the distance and clinch but Clappertron swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Zweihander cracks Clappertron with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Randal Clappertron has been cut.
Clappertron drops Zweihander with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Zweihander looks back up at him and smiles so Clappertron waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Clappertron cracks Zweihander on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Zweihander falls backwards against the cage. Clappertron follows up with more strikes that drop Zweihander to his knees. Clappertron keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Zweihander! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Randal Clappertron!
A relieved looking Randal Clappertron thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
