Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ali Amir (ranked 238 p4p, 287 weight class) and Tom Obama (ranked 33 p4p, 38 weight class). Amir comes into the arena with Mastodon - Gobblers of Dregs blaring out of the sound system. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amir moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
It looks like Ali Amir has been cut.
Amir doesn't manage to clinch there - Obama circles away.
Amir throws a leg kick but Obama moved away.
Amir moves away from the strike by Obama.
Amir throws a body shot but no joy.
Amir takes a swing at Obama's ribcage but misses.
Obama appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Amir clinches with his opponent.
Amir gets control of Obama's arms and successfully pulls guard. Amir will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

After winning the bout, Tom Obama thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
