The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gangster misses with a few strikes there.
A slow jab from Russian misses its intended target.
Russian scores with a jab.
Russian bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Russian throws a poor cross that misses
letting Gangster counter with a right hand.
Gangster wants to slow Russian down by chopping away at his legs.
Russian's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Gangster connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Russian scrambles back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gangster swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Russian was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Gangster paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Russian moves out of range of the strikes.

Russian dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Russian needs to keep his hands up - Gangster had a free shot at his head there.
Russian throws a sloppy head kick and Gangster moves out of range easily.
Russian misses with a few strikes there.
Gangster dances in with a quick combination. Russian is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Gangster snaps Russian's head back. Russian stumbles backwards against the ropes. Gangster steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Russian's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Russian just didn't come prepared.
