This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 14 wins and 35 losses; David McDonald! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 34 losses; Jacque Joteel!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Glass and Steven Brown.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

You can see the frustration on Joteel's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
McDonald is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Joteel knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Joteel for a finish.

David McDonald opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see. |
