The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stonk lands a jab.
Russian tries to clinch but Stonk moves out of range.
Stonk swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Stonk cracks Russian with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Stonk cracks Russian with an uppercut from hell and Russian crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Stonk's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Russian is rocked!

Stonk engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Oh Russian is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Russian seems to have got his legs back now.
Stonk stands and throws Russian's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Stonk tries to advance to mount but Russian denies him.
Russian wants to get back to his feet.

Russian on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Russian tries to get out of the position.

Let's hope that Stonk has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Russian looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Russian tries to buck Stonk off but he can't manage it.

Stonk controlling his opponent.
Stonk fails to advance to Russian's back.
Stonk controlling the position easily from mount.
We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Stonk.

Stonk moves to take his opponent's back.
Russian trying to get back to his feet but Stonk is in full control for now.
Stonk is riding his opponent, not letting Russian buck him off.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Stonk is continuing to stall.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Russian wants to clinch.
Russian on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Nice straight punches there by Stonk. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Stonk.
Russian moves in looking to clinch but Stonk pushes him off.
And Stonk tries to counter it with a takedown but Russian pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Stonk circles away from the clinch attempt.
Russian tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Stonk manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Russian tries to clinch but Stonk moves out of range.
Russian moves in looking to clinch but Stonk pushes him off.
Russian is looking to clinch but Stonk is avoiding it.
Stonk cracks Russian on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Russian falls backwards against the cage. Stonk follows up with more strikes that drop Russian to his knees. Stonk keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Russian! This one is all over!
