Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bender Mein Armbach (ranked 1339 p4p, 895 weight class) and Yusuf Mammadov (ranked 209 p4p, 134 weight class). Mein Armbach's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Enter Sandman, Metallica. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mammadov lands a jab to the head.
Mammadov has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mein Armbach finds it's way round the side to connect with Mammadov's head.
Mammadov swats away the attempt to clinch by Mein Armbach.
Mammadov cracks a nice hook into Mein Armbach's ribs.
Mammadov has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Mammadov digs a good body shot into Mein Armbach's ribs.
Mein Armbach moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Mein Armbach displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mammadov throws out the jab.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mammadov is defended easily by Mein Armbach.
Mein Armbach was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mammadov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Mammadov takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Mammadov has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mein Armbach can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mammadov has his foot on Mein Armbach's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mein Armbach works his way back into a safe position though.

Oh but Mammadov is tightening it up a little... Mein Armbach has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Mein Armbach reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Mein Armbach taps out! Nice BJJ there by Mammadov!

A relieved looking Yusuf Mammadov thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
