Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dall Jr drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Dall Jr scores with a sloppy right hand. Williams should have avoided that one.
Williams sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Williams connects with a right hand. Dall Jr shakes it off.
Williams misses the shot to the body.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Williams has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Williams tries to clinch
and Dall Jr counters with an inside leg kick.
Williams looks to throw the jab but Dall Jr is out of range.
Dall Jr ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dall Jr has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Williams avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Williams pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Williams is fighting off a takedown attempt but Dall Jr is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Williams to the mat. Williams regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Williams is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Dall Jr dives into side control.

Dall Jr thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dall Jr is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Williams doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Dall Jr.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Dall Jr is working for a kimura but Williams is defending it quite comfortably.
Williams wants to control but Dall Jr is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Dall Jr has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Williams is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Dall Jr goes for a takedown attempt but Williams pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Williams rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dall Jr moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
