The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Lugnunum or perhaps it was just good defense by Draconis, which made it look bad.
Nice takedown defense from Draconis. No joy for Lugnunum on that attempt.
Draconis appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Lugnunum fails to land the takedown.
Draconis attempts a counter takedown but Lugnunum avoids it well and moves away.
Tommy Draconis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Herminos Lugnunum.

Draconis definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Lugnunum is working to avoid the ground and pound but Draconis connects with a decent elbow.

You can see the frustration on Lugnunum's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Lugnunum takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Lugnunum takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lugnunum can do anything to dispel that myth.

Draconis creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Lugnunum sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Draconis cracks Lugnunum with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Draconis immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Lugnunum is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Draconis!
