Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bigi Boi Chai (ranked 453 p4p, 1425 weight class) and Abelardo De Leon (ranked 28 p4p, 67 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Chai might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dirt. De Leon has chosen Mercenary - F.O.O.L. & Power Glove as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Abelardo De Leon!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chai lands a left and a right that send De Leon crashing to the mat, dazed. Chai thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Abelardo De Leon has been cut.
Chai misses with a hook
and De Leon cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Chai misses with a lunging right hand
and De Leon counters with a nice body shot.
De Leon slips under a jab.
De Leon throws out a counter right but Chai avoids it with no problem.
Chai throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent De Leon stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chai jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Chai moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromDe Leon.
A solid leg kick lands there for Chai.
Chai connects with a crisp jab.
Chai throws a lazy head kick
and De Leon counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
De Leon moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Chai lands a big right hand that sends De Leon crashing to the mat! Chai stays standing though and waves De Leon back to his feet!
Chai takes one on the button.
Bigi Boi Chai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Chai lands a nice leg kick that just misses De Leon's sensitive parts.
Chai swings widly with a right hand
and De Leon counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Chai thinking.
Chai bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Chai misses with a head kick.
De Leon throws out a counter right but Chai avoids it with no problem.
De Leon pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
De Leon connects with a looping right hand.
Chai swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Chai misses with a straight right.
De Leon avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
De Leon has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Chai misses with a wild body shot.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Chai throws an overhand right that lands on De Leon's shoulder, as De Leon tries to avoid the shot.
Chai misses with a hook to the body
and De Leon counters with a nice uppercut.
Chai throws a lazy uppercut
and De Leon counters with a stiff right hand.
Chai scores with a kick to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A jab from Chai does it's job there.

Chai lands a big head kick that sends De Leon tumbling to the mat! Chai takes a step backwards and waves De Leon back to his feet - he wants the finish!

De Leon swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Chai throws a sloppy body shot

A lazy left from Chai finds it's target.

Chai drops De Leon with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but De Leon looks back up at him and smiles so Chai waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

De Leon is rocked!

That has opened up Abelardo De Leon's cut even more.
De Leon might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
De Leon throws a right hand that misses

and Chai counters with a crisp right hand that drops De Leon! Chai lets De Leon back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
De Leon is still on wobbly legs! Can Chai finish him?

Chai fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
De Leon seems to have recovered his senses.
Chai cracks De Leon with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
