Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wanderson Machado (ranked 44 p4p, 96 weight class) and Rich Mahogany (ranked 9 p4p, 18 weight class). Machado's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, El Barrio. The crowd seem to be enjoying Mahogany's choice of entrance music: Dio - We Rock. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mahogany finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Machado throws a low kick but it's checked well by Mahogany.
Machado fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mahogany.
Wanderson Machado seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Machado throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

We've been informed that Mahogany has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
