PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Willie Diggs (ranked 250 p4p, 643 weight class) and Moncontour Chevrolet (ranked 37 p4p, 91 weight class). Diggs comes to the cage accompanied by DICK TWIST. Chevrolet comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Loathsome (Pig Destroyer) kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chevrolet looks to throw the jab but Diggs is out of range.
An attempted straight right counter from Diggs misses the target.
Chevrolet lands a jab to the head.
Diggs gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Chevrolet.
Chevrolet misses with a lunging right hand
and Diggs counters with a stiff right hand.
Chevrolet tries to land a leg kick but Diggs saw it coming and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Diggs avoids the body shot from Chevrolet.
Diggs throws a counter high kick but Chevrolet was just alert enough to avoid it.
Diggs explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Chevrolet misses with a right hand
and Diggs cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Chevrolet throws a leg kick
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Diggs looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Diggs lands a big right hand that sends Chevrolet crashing to the mat! Diggs stays standing though and waves Chevrolet back to his feet!

Chevrolet is rocked!
Chevrolet misses with a head kick.
Chevrolet takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Chevrolet misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Diggs.
Diggs throws a quick counter kick to the body but Chevrolet avoids it.
Diggs throws a body kick that misses.

Diggs smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Diggs throws an overhand right that lands on Chevrolet's shoulder, as Chevrolet tries to avoid the shot.
A little jabbing left from Chevrolet on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Chevrolet misses with a leg kick

and Diggs counters with a crisp right hand that drops Chevrolet! Diggs lets Chevrolet back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Chevrolet finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Diggs uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Chevrolet.
Diggs motions for Chevrolet to come forward. Diggs throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Chevrolet looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Diggs plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Chevrolet to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Chevrolet just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
