Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Haise Sasaki (ranked 236 p4p, 796 weight class) and Butch Frewin (ranked 33 p4p, 35 weight class). Frewin has chosen Billy the Squid's Water Pistol by The Neptunas as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Butch Frewin!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Hugh Johnson and Francis DeMontford.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frewin goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Sasaki misses with a looping left.
Sasaki swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Frewin has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Frewin darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

It looks like Haise Sasaki has been cut.

Frewin cracks Sasaki with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Frewin has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Sasaki to stand back up!

Sasaki is rocked!
Sasaki tries to close the distance and clinch up but Frewin swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Oh Sasaki is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A counter left hand to the body from Sasaki misses its target.
Frewin connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Sasaki has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Frewin throws a sloppy body shot
and Sasaki counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Sasaki lands an overhand right.
Sasaki seems to have got his legs back now.
Sasaki dips to his left and cracks Frewin with an uppercut!
Sasaki misses with a low kick as Frewin jumps back.
Frewin throws a counter combo.

Sasaki lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Frewin jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Sasaki digs a good body shot into Frewin's ribs.
Sasaki takes a swing at Frewin's ribcage but misses.
Sasaki backing away here, and Frewin unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Nice body punch from Sasaki .
Frewin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Frewin moves out of range as Sasaki throws a body kick.
Sasaki throws a jab when Frewin was well out of range.
Frewin throws out a counter right but Sasaki avoids it with no problem.
Frewin throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Frewin lands with a cross.
Sasaki fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Frewin.
Sasaki is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Frewin just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Sasaki has gone limp and this one is over!
