Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kodiyak Redd (ranked 326 p4p, 951 weight class) and John Crosser (ranked 41 p4p, 112 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Kodiyak Redd has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Kodiyak Redd seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kodiyak Redd!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, John Crosser!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Phil Schofield and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crosser tries to clinch but Redd moves away
and Redd counters with a shoot takedown. Crosser fights it but they end up in guard.
Redd has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Redd has gone for a leg lock! Crosser slips out almost immediately though and dives into Redd's guard.
Redd has control of Crosser's left arm, preventing Crosser from doing any damage.
Redd working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Crosser doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Redd is tightening it up a little... Crosser has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Crosser reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Crosser taps out! Nice BJJ there by Redd!
