Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eron Saunders (ranked 952 p4p, 1746 weight class) and Jin Yi (ranked 136 p4p, 234 weight class). Yi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Wobble kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Saunders forces Yi back against the cage and clinches.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Yi tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Saunders defends well and Yi ends up having to push Saunders into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Saunders tries to close the distance and clinch up but Yi swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Yi drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Saunders manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Yi has Saunders in his guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Eron Saunders will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Yi throws an elbow that misses. Saunders uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Yi's guard. Nice move by Saunders!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
