The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marley uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Eggert.
Marley is looking for a counter combo.
Eggert cracks Marley with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Eggert lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Uwe Eggert seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Marley staying out of range there.
Eggert misses with a wild body shot.
Eggert throws out a loose jab but Marley uses good head movement to avoid it.
Marley throws a quick inside leg kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Eggert. Marley does a little dance to reset his feet.
Marley lands with a nice body kick.
Eggert throws a combination that misses
and Marley counters with a stiff right hand.
Eggert throws out a loose jab but Marley uses good head movement to avoid it.
Marley on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

It looks like Rakeem Marley has been cut.
Marley throws a sloppy head kick and Eggert moves out of range easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Marley rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Eggert moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A big left from Eggert misses.
Eggert defending well as Marley loads up on a big left hand.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Eggert! But no joy.
Eggert scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Marley is rocked!

Marley circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Eggert. Marley falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Eggert!
