Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Juki Allu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel Steel!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Daniel Cesar and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Allu misses.

Allu cracks Steel with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Allu has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Steel to stand back up!

It looks like Daniel Steel has been cut.
Allu stuns Steel with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Steel is still on wobbly legs! Can Allu finish him?
Steel moves out of range as Allu strikes.
Steel seems to have recovered his senses.

It looks like Juki Allu has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Steel walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Allu misses with a body punch
and Steel connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Allu misses with a looping right.
Allu throws a body shot but no joy.

Allu misses with a body kick.
Steel lands an overhand right.
A slow jab from Steel misses its intended target.
Allu has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Gym in the buildup to the fight.

Allu moves into the clinch.
A shot in the inside from Allu.
Steel is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Allu to keep the fight standing.

Steel manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Allu pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Steel is keeping the position for now.

Allu got a little sloppy there for a moment and Steel has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Allu has managed to get both his arms back between Steel's legs - danger averted.

Allu has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Steel is proving hard to escape from.
Steel can't keep his opponent in guard - Allu advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Allu content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Steel looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Allu is taking a breather. Steel says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Juki Allu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Allu avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Allu ducks under a wild hook from Steel.
Steel lands the left hand.
Allu ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Steel moves away.
Allu keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Steel.
Allu tries to clinch but Steel is having none of it.
Nice body kick from Allu.

Steel misses with a straight right.
Allu swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Allu feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Steels jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

That has opened up Daniel Steel's cut even more.
Allu swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Steel keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Allu gets a clinch.
Allu scores with a shot to the side of Steel's head.
Allu lands a big right hand that drops Steel! The killer instinct kicks in and Allu finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Allu!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Juki Allu!
