The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Billabong avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Billabong checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Lutang closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Billabong blocks a jab.
Lutang takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Billabong will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Lutang stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lutang wants it to stay on the feet.

That was a close round but I would say that Johnny Billabong will probably get the nod.

Lutang shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Billabong eats them both and turns towards Lutang to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Billabong looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lutang is fending him off so far but Billabong persists. Nope, Lutang circles away and we're back to standing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lutang takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Billabong is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Lutang's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Lutang's back!
