Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Beric Collins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yauhen Pashkevich!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pashkevich has a takedown stuffed.
A jab from Collins finds it's way through Pashkevich's defenses.
Pashkevich shoots in for a takedown but Collins shows good takedown defense.
Pashkevich fails to land the takedown.
Beric Collins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yauhen Pashkevich.
Pashkevich closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Collins's guard.
Pashkevich tries to free his leg and advance position but Collins is retaining full guard.
Pashkevich stops Collins from standing up.
Collins definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Pashkevich wants to pass the guard but Collins is keeping the position.
Pashkevich sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Collins's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Collins wants to get back to his feet.
Pashkevich thows a huge punch but Collins dodges it nicely.
Collins kicks off Pashkevich and gets to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Collins connects with a jab.
It looks like Yauhen Pashkevich has been cut.
Pashkevich shoots in for a takedown but Collins shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Pashkevich dives in and grabs Collins's left leg, looking for a takedown. Collins pushes down on Pashkevich's head and hops out.
Pashkevich shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Collins sprawls well. Collins wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Pashkevich gets slowly back to his feet.
Collins throws a series of punches but Pashkevich moves out of range.
Collins slaps away a takedown attempt from Pashkevich, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Collins moves in looking to clinch but Pashkevich pushes him off.
Collins throws a big shot that misses.
Collins cracks Pashkevich with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Collins lands a big right hook! Pashkevich looks hurt but is still standing! Collins lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Pashkevich falls down and Collins dives in with a huge hammer fist! Pashkevich's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Collins runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Beric Collins!
