Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Temujin Atkiray (ranked 2375 p4p, 3073 weight class) and Bethania Valverde (ranked 143 p4p, 171 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Valverde's choice of entrance music: LLAMAME YA. Temujin Atkiray has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atkiray throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Valverde counters with a good low kick that Atkiray was not able to check.
Valverde takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

and Atkiray cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Atkiray misses with a takedown attempt - Valverde sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
The fighters circling - Atkiray throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Valverde feints and then cracks Atkiray's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Atkiray down.
