Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jean-Claude Marceau (ranked 11 p4p, 42 weight class) and Edison Atunes (ranked 2 p4p, 8 weight class). Marceau comes to the cage accompanied by Feist - Tout Doucement. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marceau lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Atunes at a distance.
Atunes moves away from the strike by Marceau.
Atunes moves out of range as Marceau throws a body kick.
Marceau throws a hook to the side of Atunes's head but Atunes sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Atunes steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Marceau.
Marceau looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Atunes feints and then cracks Marceau's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Marceau down.
Atunes throws a lazy right hand but Marceau sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Marceau looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Marceau backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Atunes's temple! It sends Atunes violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Marceau celebrates and the doctors try to help Atunes!
