The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gojo needs to keep his hands up - Borisov had a free shot at his head there.
Gojo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Borisov as he jumps to the side.

Gojo is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Gojo has his foot on Borisov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Borisov works his way back into a safe position though.

We've been hearing good reports from Borisov's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Gojo has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Borisov. Oh but Gojo has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Borisov goes limp - he's gone! Gojo jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
