Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Corey Baird (ranked 2595 p4p, 2062 weight class) and Bert River (ranked 264 p4p, 213 weight class). River has chosen Five Finger Death Punch- Bad Company as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Corey Baird!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bert River!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Steven Brown and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Baird takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
River paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Baird gets caught napping as River dives in and scores a takedown. Baird manages to retain guard.

I would just about give that final round to Bert River.
