Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jarret Jack (ranked 3659 p4p, 4261 weight class) and Sergei MiG (ranked 431 p4p, 492 weight class). MiG is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Zombie. Sergei MiG has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jarret Jack!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Sergei MiG!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jack throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jack fails with an attempt to clinch.
MiG shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. MiG showed some decent athleticism there.
Jack wants to get back to his feet.
Jack really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jack definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Jack has hold of MiG's hands but MiG slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
MiG seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Jack pushes MiG off looking to stand but MiG dives back in and keeps control.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
MiG thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Jack's head.

MiG working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

MiG throws a series of punches but Jack moves out of range.
MiG dives in and grabs Jack's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jack pushes down on MiG's head and hops out.
Jack dodges the punch combination from MiG.

MiG throws a series of punches but Jack avoids them all with ease.
Jack wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nice combo by MiG! Oh, that's hurt him - Jack falls to the canvas and MiG follows him into side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The referee asks MiG politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. MiG prefers to stall for the moment though.
Jack is looking to work his way out of this bad position but MiG is controlling him well.
MiG lands a strong strike to the head of Jack. That's dazed him! MiG looking to finish here. Jack is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - MiG lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sergei MiG!
Sergei MiG is the new heavyweight champion!
After winning the bout, Sergei MiG thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
