Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Farquharson (ranked 4465 p4p, 1569 weight class) and Moritz Zimmerman (ranked 533 p4p, 211 weight class). William Farquharson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, William Farquharson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Moritz Zimmerman!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Wesley Smith and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farquharson connects with a solid leg kick.
Farquharson throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Nice takedown defense from Farquharson. No joy for Zimmerman on that attempt.
Farquharson looks to score with a jab to the body but Zimmerman is just out of range.

Zimmerman shoots in looking for a takedown. Farquharson tries to sprawl out of it but Zimmerman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Farquharson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Farquharson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Zimmerman has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Farquharson has managed to get both his arms back between Zimmerman's legs - danger averted.
Farquharson wants to get up but he can't break Zimmerman's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Zimmerman is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Farquharson defends well.

And Zimmerman tries to counter it with a takedown but Farquharson pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Farquharson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zimmerman on the ground.
Zimmerman is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Farquharson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Zimmerman is working to tighten his grip on Farquharson's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Farquharson has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Zimmerman is really squeezing tight and eventually Farquharson passes out! Zimmerman breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
