The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gerin scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Ocean jabs at Gerin's body.

Ocean forces Gerin back against the cage and clinches.
Gerin blocking some punches.
Gerin tries to throw a body punch but Ocean avoids it by throwing Gerin back against the cage.
Gerin lands an uppercut.
Ocean lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Gerin pushes Ocean back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Gerin goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Gerin misses with a short punch on the inside.
A short body shot lands from Gerin as the two fighters clinch.
Ocean misses with a hook from the clinch.
Gerin lands with a short punch from the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ocean swings wildly with an uppercut but Gerin uses good head movement to avoid it.

Ocean pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Gerin misses with a right hand
and Ocean connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The crowd cheers as Gerin lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ocean doesn't seem phased though.
Gerin lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Gerin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Oooooh!!! Gerin has knocked Ocean down with a huge combo! Gerin steps away and waves a wobbly Ocean back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Ocean is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gerin lands a nice hook to Ocean's body. Ocean takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Oh Ocean is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gerin throws a hook but Ocean blocks it.

Gerin steps in with a hook that catches Ocean right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Gerin follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Ocean looks absolutely devastated.
