Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Cedric Simard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, James Fusi!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Radbod Blank and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simard just misses with a punch to the body.
The fighters circling - Fusi throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Fusi takes a swing at Simard's ribcage but misses.
Simard throws a quick counter head kick but Fusi was just out of range.
Simard with a hook.
It looks like James Fusi has been cut.
Fusi rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Simard counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Fusi throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Simard on the side of the head.
Fusi with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Fusi connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Fusi misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fusi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Simard takes a body punch but keeps moving.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fusi throws the kick towards the body but Simard avoids it.
It appears Simard was looking to counter with a kick there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fusi throws a sloppy body shot
and Simard counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Fusi misses with a head kick.
Fusi changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Fusi misses with a body shot
and Simard cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Fusi looks to land a right hand but Simard moved out of range.
Fusi tries to move into range but Simard moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Fusi misses the shot to the body.
Simard was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Fusi does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
A low kick lands for Simard.
That kick from Fusi tenderised Simard's leg. Simard is trying to keep his angry face on.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fusi misses with an uppercut
and Simard cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Fusi misses with a shot to the body
and Simard counters with a right hand to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nice straight punches there by Simard. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Simard.
Fusi throws a sloppy head kick
and Simard counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Fusi throws a lazy right hand but Simard sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Simard dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Fusi throws a right hand that misses
and Simard counters with a nice right hand that sends Fusi toppling to the canvas! Fusi scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Simard finish him?!
Fusi is rocked!
That has opened up James Fusi's cut even more.
Fusi throws an off balance right hand
and Simard counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
