Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jet Tyler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gray Dixon! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and Phil Schofield.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tyler swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Tyler lands a head shot. Dixon takes a swing at Tyler's ribcage but misses. Dixon closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tyler circles away. Tyler looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Dixon walks into a left hand.
It looks like Gray Dixon has been cut.
Dixon shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Tyler napping and manages to drive through into side control! Tyler is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Dixon working the head with strikes. Tyler wants to get back to his feet but Dixon is dominant here and he's now got Tyler's back! I would not like to be Tyler right now.
This has been an exciting period of action! Dixon punishes Tyler with strikes from the back mount.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Dixon lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Dixon.
Dixon keeps control of the position as Tyler tries to break free.
Tyler trying to control the action but Dixon just sinks the hooks in. Dixon is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Tyler knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dixon on the ground. Tyler trying to control the action but Dixon just sinks the hooks in. Dixon is riding his opponent, not letting Tyler buck him off.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Dixon's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tyler trying to get back to his feet but Dixon is in full control for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dixon is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Dixon gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Dixon gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Dixon apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Tyler throws a body shot but no joy. Tyler swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Dixon. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Tyler - that will leave a mark!
Tyler throws out a leg kick but Dixon moves out of range and Tyler only half commits. Dixon closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tyler circles away. Tyler tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Dixon manages to circle out of the way.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyler throws a front kick that sends Dixon stumbling back into the cage. Good work by Dixon as he checks the leg kick. Dixon is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Tyler lands a nice looking body shot.
Tyler jabs at Dixon's body. Dixon shoots in looking for a takedown but Tyler manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dixon's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Jet Tyler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gray Dixon. Dixon misses with a wild body shot. Tyler lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Tyler ducks under a wild hook from Dixon. Tyler swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dixon with the counter takedown but Tyler avoids it easily. Tyler buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Jet Tyler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tyler throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dixon looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tyler is fending him off so far but Dixon persists. Nope, Tyler circles away and we're back to standing. Dixon fails with the takedown. Tyler's corner calls for a 1-2. Tyler obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Tyler with a body punch. A glancing blow. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dixon fails miserably with a takedown attempt. It appears Tyler was looking to counter with a kick there. Tyler scores with a jab to the jaw. Dixon takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Dixon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tyler.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Dixon! But no joy. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dixon. Tyler stuns Dixon with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Dixon. Tyler does a little dance to reset his feet. Dixon shoots in looking for a takedown. Tyler tries to sprawl out of it but Dixon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tyler manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jet Tyler dominated that round. The cut man is working on Gray Dixon's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Tyler moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Tyler lands a jab to Dixon's midsection. Dixon misses with a straight left. Tyler lands a two punch combo.
Tyler throws a body punch but Dixon moves out of range. Tyler tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dixon was well out of range. Poor timing from Tyler.
Dixon shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Tyler manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Tyler uses the cage to get back to his feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A nice leg kick lands there from Tyler. Dixon walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Tyler digs a good body shot into Dixon's ribs. Tyler lands a right hook to the body.
Tyler is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Dixon can do to turn this around?
 That's one minute gone in the round. Dixon takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Dixon shoots in for a takedown but Tyler shows good takedown defense. Tyler with a nice calf kick. Dixon shoots in for a takedown but Tyler shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Dixon takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Tyler throws the kick towards the body but Dixon avoids it. Tyler lands with a cross. Dixon takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Tyler dips to his left and cracks Dixon with an uppercut! No luck for Dixon with that takedown attempt. Jet Tyler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gray Dixon. Dixon is breathing heavily. A swing and a miss from Dixon. Tyler is looking to counter punch. Dixon moves out of range of the body kick. Tyler chopping away at his opponent's legs.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Tyler scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tyler looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Dixon tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Tyler defends well and Dixon ends up having to push Tyler into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Dixon shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Tyler holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Tyler is working Dixon over against the cage. Tyler is pressed up against the cage. Dixon has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Tyler down to the mat. Tyler avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Tyler with a body punch. A glancing blow. Dixon with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tyler to score with a decent uppercut. Tyler fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Dixon on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Tyler throws a head kick that half lands.
Dixon is rocked! A slapping body kick lands there for Tyler. Dixon is still on wobbly legs! Can Tyler finish him? Tyler cracks Dixon with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Tyler explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Tyler fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Dixon to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Dixon looks to clinch but Tyler throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Dixon taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alex Martinez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Frank Anderson! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and Steven Brown.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A solid leg kick lands there for Anderson.
Martinez misses with a jab, cross combination.
Martinez looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Martinez pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Anderson is keeping the position for now. Martinez throws a big right hand that misses. Martinez landing some decent shots from guard. Martinez stands and throws Anderson's legs to the side, diving into side control. Martinez scoring with punches and elbows. Martinez throws a strike aimed at the side of Anderson's head but Anderson avoids it well. Anderson is not content to let Martinez control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Martinez wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Anderson, who protects the arm well.

Martinez throws an elbow but Anderson slips to the side and avoids it well. Anderson tries to buck Martinez off but Martinez is having none of it. Martinez tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Anderson takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Martinez in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Martinez postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Martinez swings around for an armbar but Anderson sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Martinez's guard. Martinez throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Martinez manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Anderson is pressed up against the cage. Martinez has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Anderson down to the mat. Anderson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Martinez shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Martinez lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Martinez not landing any meaningful shots this time. Martinez thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Anderson's head. Anderson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Martinez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Martinez throwing shots but Anderson is blocking nicely. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Martinez moves nicely into side control. Martinez taking a breather here. Martinez misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Anderson gets caught napping as Martinez dives in and scores a takedown. Anderson manages to retain guard. Anderson is looking to stand back up but Martinez counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Anderson.

I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Still in half guard, Martinez seems content to control. Martinez with the ground and pound but Anderson uses the opportunity to regain guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Martinez is working Anderson over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Martinez is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Anderson can do to turn this around? Anderson wants to sweep but no luck. Martinez throws a big right hand that misses. Anderson preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Martinez slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Martinez connects with a nice short shot to Anderson's temple. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Martinez in particular looking to stall. Martinez thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Martinez wants to take a breather but Anderson is having none of it. Martinez is looking to advance position but Anderson won't allow it.
Martinez is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Anderson keeping moving, preventing Martinez from controlling successfully. Martinez distracts Anderson with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Martinez works a leg free and moves into half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Martinez throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Frank Anderson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Anderson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Martinez is working away from the top position though.
And that's the end of the fight! Alex Martinez showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Martinez, winning every round. Will the judges agree? Martin closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Maine looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Maine sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Martin works his foot free and advances to mount. Martin looking to control and managing it successfully. Martin putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!

Martin prevents Maine from getting the reversal. We've been informed that Martin has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Maine wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Maine wants to escape the position.

Hodge falls to his knees and Sakkinen doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Meridius feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Leznir sprawling to the canvas! Leznir rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Meridius finish him?!

Uno with a nice cross. Uno ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. It seemed like Uno was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Calixte throws a body punch but Uno moves out of range. Uno needs to keep his hands up - Calixte had a free shot at his head there.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Martial Calixte. Well Calixte has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... A momentary lapse in concentration from Lenkov enables Juice to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lenkov manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Kvaratskhelia distracts Fofano with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kvaratskhelia lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Fofano throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fofano is on top in guard.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Fofano throwing strikes from guard but Kvaratskhelia blocks nicely. Kvaratskhelia bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Fofano's guard.

Fofano escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kvaratskhelia gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Kvaratskhelia is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Kvaratskhelia postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Kvaratskhelia with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way. The defeated Kouassi Fofano had this to say: 'ahh! I`LL BE BACK'.
