With a record of 5 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Cuba Gooding! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 19 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Emanuel Le Delma! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Frank Antenori.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Le Delma walks into a straight right hand from Gooding. Gooding fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Gooding shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Le Delma napping and manages to drive through into side control! Le Delma on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Gooding throws a strike aimed at the side of Le Delma's head but Le Delma avoids it well. Le Delma is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Gooding landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Gooding throwing shots but Le Delma is blocking nicely. Well, if Gooding is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Le Delma is positioning himself well to prevent Gooding advancing to mount. Le Delma trying to control but Gooding postures up.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Le Delma controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Gooding drops down looking for an ankle pick but Le Delma pulls his leg out and moves away.

Big trouble for Le Delma! Le Delma is trying desperately to improve position. Le Delma is squirming around, avoiding Gooding's attempts to control the action. Le Delma in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Gooding with good strikes from the mount here! Le Delma bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Le Delma wants to control from the top but Gooding keeps moving.

Gooding has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Le Delma stopping the sweep attempt from Gooding. Le Delma in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Gooding tries to land a sweep but no joy. Gooding wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Gooding lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Emanuel Le Delma has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! A slow jab from Le Delma misses its intended target. Gooding looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Gooding connects with the punch. Le Delma throws a right hand that Gooding ducks under and follows up with a left that Gooding also avoids with ease. Le Delma swings widly with a right hand
letting Gooding counter with a right hand. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Gooding checks a leg kick. Le Delma is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gooding sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Cuba Gooding has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Emanuel Le Delma.

With a record of 20 - 27 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dmitry Boytsov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 22 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Daniel Steel! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boytsov walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Boytsov tries to close the distance and clinch up but Steel swats him away and circles back towards the center. Steel throws out a counter right but Boytsov avoids it with no problem. Steel swats away the attempt to clinch by Boytsov. Steel is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Boytsov with a body shot. Steel is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Boytsov stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
It looks like Daniel Steel has been cut. Steel drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Boytsov swings and misses with a hook to the body.
We've been hearing reports that Boytsov has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Boytsov gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Steel counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Dmitry Boytsov has been cut.
Steel tries to sprawl but Boytsov drives through with a takedown into half guard. Steel has his hands clasped together around Boytsov's back. He's all about the action. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Steel makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Steel. This has been an exciting period of action! Boytsov looking to sit in guard and control but Steel gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Boytsov is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Boytsov is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Boytsov isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Steel stacks Boytsov on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Steel! Boytsov is looking to regain half guard here but Steel keeps moving and retains side control. Boytsov trying his best to control but Steel has mounted him. Steel takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Steel has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Boytsov is wriggling around trying to escape.
Boytsov wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Boytsov just trying to survive but Steel is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Steel has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Boytsov's body.
Boytsov trying to control the hands but Steel breaks the grip. Steel is trying to stick to Boytsov's back but Boytsov is turning into Steel. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Steel's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Boytsov. Boytsov might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Boytsov passes Steel's left leg - he's now in half guard. Boytsov is trying to control the action in half guard but Steel is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Steel lands a hook that snaps the head of Boytsov backwards. Steel lands a shot to the body. Steel cracks Boytsov with a nice body shot. Boytsov prevents a body shot from Steel. A short uppercut from Steel. Steel tries a body shot but Boytsov blocks it.

Carrillo shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Boma eats them both and turns towards Carrillo to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Jordan Carrillo. Well Carrillo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. A telegraphed right hand from Baroza misses the target. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Baroza lands with a thumping leg kick.

The fight stays on the outside here - Doctor looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Doctor has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Baroza. Baroza circles away from the clinch attempt.
Doctor shoots for a double leg takedown but Baroza sprawls well. He's pushed Doctor's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Baroza was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Jorge Baroza has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Doctor. Baroza with a jab. Baroza connects with an inside leg kick. Doctor just misses with a punch to the body.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Doctor looks up at the clock and then as Baroza takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Doctor smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Doctor wants to lay and pray for a moment but Baroza keeps working. Doctor throws an elbow but Baroza slips to the side and avoids it well. Baroza is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Doctor is working for a kimura but Baroza is defending it quite comfortably.
Doctor looks to land a strike but Baroza avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
