 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from Dailey misses. Myung looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Myung lets loose with a powerful body kick. Dailey will feel that in the morning. Myung lands a head kick!
A solid body kick from Myung. Dailey has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Myung slips a jab and a cross from Dailey.
Dailey swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Dailey avoids the head kick by Myung.

Smuck walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!

Darawan goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Darawan is rocked! Chang lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Darawan is still on wobbly legs! Can Chang finish him? Chang changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Chang feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Darawans jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Darawan throws a lazy right hand but Chang sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Chang throws a counter high kick but Darawan was just alert enough to avoid it. Darawan takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Chang throws a switch kick that catches Darawan on the top of the head and drops him to the canvas! Darawan looks hurt - I'm not sure he's going to get back up! The referee starts the count but calls it off at seven as Darawan flops around on the canvas, clearly in no position to continue! This fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Tommy Chang! A relieved looking Tommy Chang thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Teofomo Laurez ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Barbados Slim! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Taro Takaoka and Ren Mimura.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Slim looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Slim misses with a hook
and Laurez counters with a thumping low kick. The fighters circling - Slim throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Slim thows a left - swing and a miss! Laurez tries to land a leg kick but Slim saw it coming and moves away.
Laurez looks to land a right hand but Slim moved out of range. Laurez misses with a leg kick. Laurez dodges the punch combination from Slim.
A quick step to the side and Laurez tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Laurez has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Casa Steel in the buildup to the fight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Laurez sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Laurez keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Slim takes a body punch but keeps moving. Slim connects with a nice looking jab.
Laurez ducks under a wild hook from Slim. It looked like Laurez wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Slim connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Laurez dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Slim. That did some damage!

and Slim cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Slim tries to clinch but Laurez moves away and Laurez counters with a nice uppercut.

As Slim backs away, Laurez returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Slim misses with a body kick. Laurez throws a quick counter kick to the body but Slim avoids it. Barbados Slim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Laurez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Slim moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Slim lands with a kick to the temple. Laurez shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Slim connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Laurez uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Slim. Slim throws a body kick that misses. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Barbados Slim will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's time! Laurez 's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Slim scores with a crisp jab that stopped Laurez in his tracks. Good shot there by Slim. Slim throws a leg kick and Laurez counters with a good low kick that Slim was not able to check. Laurez takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Laurez pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Slim has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. Slim has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Laurez takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
