The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horton has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tate finds it's way round the side to connect with Horton's head.
Melvin Tate seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horton moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Tate takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
