The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khamaev tries to clinch up but Goon circles away and keeps his distance.
Khamaev throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Khamaev rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Goon moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Goon tries to counter with a takedown but Khamaev is quick to defend against it.

Khamaev shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Khamaev was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Khamaev is looking to take a break and control but Goon is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

That was a close round but I would say that Ike Goon will probably get the nod.

Ike Goon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Khamaev drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Goon manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Khamaev has Goon in his guard.

Khamaev throws a right and a left that Goon avoids nicely.
Khamaev walks straight into a right hand from Goon - that's dropped him! Goon jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Khamaev from any more punishment! Khamaev complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Ike Goon!
An out of breath and clearly excited Ike Goon thanked Urban Fighter for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
The defeated Chimzat Khamaev had this to say: 'I trained so hard for this fight! I’ll be back! Keel everybody!'.

Main event

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fortunado Sampaio (ranked 729 p4p, 1000 weight class) and Brabus Tonal (ranked 119 p4p, 156 weight class). Sampaio's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Corre Riba Corre Baixo. Brabus Tonal told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Tonal throws a looping overhand right but Sampaio ducks down to avoid it.
Sampaio blocks a low kick nicely.
Tonal throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Sampaio is looking to counter punch.
Tonal misses with a body shot
and Sampaio counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Brabus Tonal has been cut.
We've been told by Sampaio's head coaches at Dr Hatsumi's Clinic that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Tonal throws a body shot but no joy.
Sampaio ducks under a wild hook from Tonal.
Sampaio displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tonal throws out the jab.
Tonal fails with a takedown attempt.
Sampaio was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Sampaio drops Tonal with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Tonal looks back up at him and smiles so Sampaio waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Tonal is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sampaio flashes Tonal a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Tonal's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Tonal crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Sampaio punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Fortunado Sampaio!
Fortunado Sampaio retains his light heavyweight title!
Fortunado Sampaio tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
