As Monroe tries to get set, Álves Leite tries to push him back and clinch up but Monroe manages to avoid the attempt.

Álves Leite drops Monroe with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Monroe looks back up at him and smiles so Álves Leite waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
