The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

San clinches up against the ropes.
San lands a hook that snaps the head of David backwards.
David blocks a punch to the side of the head.
David blocks a body shot from San.
David is trying to pull guard but San has him pressed against the ropes.
David throws an elbow but it's blocked.
A head punch on the inside from San fails to land.

David looking to hit a scissor sweep but San is one step ahead there.

San on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if San tries to get out of the position.
David uses his free foot to push down on San's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for San.

David is going oldschool here, as he tries to force San to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so San shrugs it off.
