The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rhino jabs Harwath to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Rhino throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Harwath avoids a punch combination nicely.
Harwath seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Rhino manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Harwath on his heels. He'll look to pass Harwath's guard now, I'm sure.

Harwath has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Rhino has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Rhino drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Harwath gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Harwath stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Harwath lands a right hand that snaps the head of Rhino backwards.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Harwath makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Harwath lands with a left to the head.
Rhino is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Harwath lands a shot to the body.
Harwath lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Harwath tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Harwath gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Rhino.

Harwath creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Rhino's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Rhino drops to his knees and Harwath pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Chan goes for a double leg but Gomez avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gomez continues to drive forward.
Gomez throws a body punch but Chan moves out of range.

Gomez gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Chan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Chan has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Gomez.

Chan missing with a left hand there. Gomez was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Gomez works over Chan's head and body with a nice combination.

Gomez went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

We've been told by Gomez's head coaches at Kaptajnernes Træningscenter that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Chan throws a series of punches but Gomez moves out of range.
Chan takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Chan gets tackled into the cage by Gomez. Gomez maintains the clinch.

Chan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
