The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hell tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Basham defends well and Hell ends up having to push Basham into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Hell misses with a head kick.
Basham was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Hell doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Basham counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Hell fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Basham looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Shaun Basham has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bo Hell.
Basham moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Bo Hell has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Basham lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

and Basham counters with a nice right hand that sends Hell toppling to the canvas! Hell scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Basham finish him?!

Pearce really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Silver lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Pearce tries to hold on but Silver pushes him away.
Silver connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Silver lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Pearce is rocked!
It looks like Jonathan Pearce has been cut.
Silver loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Pearce scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Silver land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Silver stands and salutes the crowd.

LeBiest tries to free his leg and advance position but Jackson is retaining full guard.
LeBiest is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
LeBiest wants to control from the top but Jackson keeps moving.
Jackson is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Jackson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for LeBiest on the ground.

LeBiest slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

LeBiest is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Jackson has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but LeBiest has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Jackson taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. LeBiest doesn't care though - he's delighted!
