The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Taylor bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The Clean is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The Clean slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
The Clean pulls Taylor in close to his closed guard and prevents Taylor from doing any damage or advancing position.
Taylor must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
The Clean manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Taylor manages to get himself to full guard.


Taylor looking for a guillotine here but The Clean defends easily.

The Clean postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Taylor looks a forlorn figure.

Tayyip tries to close the distance and clinch but Thorsby swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Thorsby sends Tayyip crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Thorsby is motioning to the referee to let Tayyip up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Tayyip bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Thorsby comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Tayyip falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Tayyip was out before he hit the floor!

Van Dhalism throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Zeraq crashing down! Zeraq tries to stagger back to his feet but Van Dhalism just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Zeraq asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.

Payton fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Shifter manages to avoid it.
