Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Diego Santos (ranked 5411 p4p, 7028 weight class) and Greg Bustack (ranked 514 p4p, 588 weight class). Greg Bustack struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 157.3lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Bustack tries to clinch but Santos is having none of it.
Santos darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Santos is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Santos is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bustack is just riding it out for now. Santos eventually gives up the hold.
Santos is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Bustack is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Smith shoots in for a takedown but Ostlund shows good takedown defense.

Horrible takedown attempt by Ostlund or perhaps it was just good defense by Smith, which made it look bad.
Smith closes the distance and clinches up with Ostlund , looking for a takedown. Smith pushes Ostlund against the cage but Ostlund circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Travis Ostlund has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of George Smith.
No luck for Ostlund with that takedown attempt.
Travis Ostlund seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Ostlund slaps away a takedown attempt from Smith, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Ostlund is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Ostlund is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Smith can do to turn this around?

Ostlund changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Smith tries to avoid it but Ostlund manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Smith to the ground. Smith escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Smith counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Totters takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Totters fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Chan thuds his right hand into Totters's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Chan scores with a punch to the head.
Chan lands a head kick. Totters smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Mark Totters has been cut.
Chan stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Nice cross by Chan.
Totters walks straight into a right hand from Chan - that's dropped him! Chan jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Totters from any more punishment! Totters complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Kempton uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mogweister .
Kempton steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Kempton tries to clinch but Mogweister moves out of range.

and Mogweister counters with a head kick that drops Kempton to the mat! Kempton scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
 Kempton is rocked!
Kempton switches off momentarily and Mogweister cracks him with a monster right hand! Kempton topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Mogweister dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Mogweister !

Neil has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Neil is squeezing on Zapata like an anaconda would it's prey. Zapata fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
