The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mendes has taken the fight to the clinch.

Mendes is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Augusto can't fight it off and eventually Mendes manages to take the fight to the floor. Augusto looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Mendes stays in close to Augusto's body and controls the position.

Mendes has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnsen shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Johnsen was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Johnsen tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Johnsen has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Johnsen thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You can see the frustration on Alexei's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Alexei is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Johnsen is staying active.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Alexei is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Johnsen asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Alexei parries the strikes from Johnsen easily there. Johnsen is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Alexei to escape.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Johnsen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Alexei is fending him off so far but Johnsen persists. Nope, Alexei circles away and we're back to standing.
Johnsen changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Alexei tries to avoid it but Johnsen manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Alexei to the ground. Alexei escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Alexei lands with a thumping leg kick.
Alexei jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Alexei cracks Johnsen with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Alexei has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Johnsen to stand back up!

Johnsen is still looking wobbly from the end of the last round!
Alexei connects with a nice cross there... Johnsen is looking wobbly and Alexei recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Johnsen to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Alexei jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

Trilly is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Trilly is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Boy couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Saget catches Harper with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Harper takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Harper fails to land the takedown.
Both fighters circling a little - Saget finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
A head kick from Saget lands but Harper takes it in his stride.
Nice shot lands for Saget.
Saget gets in close and tags Harper with a short punch that almost sends Harper to the mat! Oh Harper is in big trouble! He turns his back on Saget, trying to create some distance but Saget rushes him, striking wildly and Harper goes down! The referee tackles Saget into the cage to end the fight! Saget is one violent man!

Boyka goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Murphy turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
The fighters circle, before Boyka throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Murphy's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Boyka lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Yuri Boyka!
Yuri Boyka spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
