He tries to recover but Kush pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Nidargo is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

After the fight, Jason Kush was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Orion feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jackson sprawling to the canvas! Jackson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Orion finish him?!
Orion fakes the body blow, causing Jackson to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Jackson goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mi defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sage Lll.
Mi scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

It looks like Golden Sage Lll has been cut.
Mi fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Sage Lll has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Mi lands a big uppercut and Sage Lll crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Sage Lll looks OK. Mi waves Sage Lll back to his feet!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mi steps in with a hook that catches Sage Lll right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Mi follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Sage Lll looks absolutely devastated.

Yuhsuck Mi retains his heavyweight title!
