As Lyttle backs off Richter throws a huge counter combo but Lyttle manages to avoid it all.

We've been informed that Richter has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Lyttle tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Richter was well out of range. Poor timing from Lyttle.

It seemed like Richter was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Oh Lyttle is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Lyttle lands a nice hook to Richter's body. Richter takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Richter moves into range and connects with a jab.
A shot to the liver by Richter. Beautiful body shot.
Lyttle looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Richter throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Lyttle's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Richter dives in looking to finish as Lyttle flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Richter's strikes! Richter is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Lyttle's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Lyttle was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Russell lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Russell closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jones circles away.

Russell lands a big uppercut and Jones crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Jones looks OK. Russell waves Jones back to his feet!

Jones tries to get into range but Russell steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Jones! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Russell scores the big KO victory!
