Habana fails in his attempt to clinch.
Habana fakes the leg kick and cracks Van Glost in the body.
Van Glost tries a head kick but it misses.
Habana blocks a head kick by Van Glost.
Van Glost throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Habana chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Van Glost can pounce on him.
Van Glost tries to land a front kick but Habana steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Van Glost looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Van Glost scores with a big combo that sends Habana crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but the referee has seen enough as Habana flops around uncontrollably and he's called an end to the fight! Van Glost jumps onto the ropes and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Gross.

Carvarlo closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Thrower crashing to the mat! Thrower uses the ropes to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!

Carvarlo throws a right and a left that both miss.
Thrower avoids the body shot from Carvarlo.

Carvarlo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Thrower moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Augusto Carvarlo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Carvarlo cracks Thrower with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!

Biglad lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Biglad fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Having scored a knockdown, Barry Biglad should take round 1, putting pressure on his opponene back strong in round 2.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Biglad grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Sierra takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Biglad cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

Hitta lands a front kick to the face, that drops Crowder to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Crowder lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Hitta backs up against the ropes.

It looks like Mass Hitta has been cut.
Hitta throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Crowder lands a really nice looking cross but Hitta seems unphased.
Hitta lands a head kick that sends Crowder down! Crowder is flopping around the mat trying to get back up, leaving the referee no choice but to wave off the fight! Hitta is victorious!

Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jacques Durand (ranked 19716 p4p, 260 weight class) and Mircea Lucarescu (ranked 7598 p4p, 221 weight class). Durand kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Kaaris - S.E.V.R.A.N.. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

A very excited looking Jacques Durand made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
