We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Dos Santos enables Alvarez to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Dos Santos manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Fogomayu kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Kyamadu. West comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sober kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Fogomayu has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
