Gonzalez kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Why Cant we Be Friends!. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soni shoots in for a double leg but Gonzalez sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Soni fails with the takedown.
