Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between The Sun God Ra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boogie Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Sun God Ra had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.9lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel throws a leg kick but Tyson sees it coming and moves out of range.

Steel throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tyson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
David Steel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Steel feints and then cracks Tyson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Tyson down.

and Tyson counters with a crisp right hand that drops Steel! Tyson lets Steel back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

It looks like David Steel has been cut.
Steel throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Tyson counters with an inside leg kick.

Tyson cracks Steel with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Steel looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Tyson finish him?

Steel is rocked!
Tyson cracks Steel with a left hook right on the temple and Steel goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Tyson lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Steel is OK!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mike Tyson!
After winning the bout, Mike Tyson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
