I think Hurley might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to self starter. Shino Ohio will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hurley bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Ohio sneaks out the side door and pushes Hurley away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Hurley throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ohio counters with a two punch combo.
Ohio fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Shino Ohio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

McGordon closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jack quickly recovers to half guard.
We've been hearing good reports from McGordon's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
