I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Benjamin Belleville was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Palhares throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Palhares feints and then cracks Hunt's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hunt down.
Hunt shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Palhares eats them both and turns towards Hunt to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Palhares is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hunt's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hunt's back!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Merik Hunt.

A punch lands to the side of Rei 's head but he takes it in his stride.

It looks like Budo Rei has been cut.
Rei throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Prijovic has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Rei.
Prijovic bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Rei throws a sloppy head kick and Prijovic moves out of range easily.
Prijovic misses with a right hand
and Rei counters with a stiff right hand.
Prijovic finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Rei lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Prijovic has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Prijovic and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Rei tries to get into range but Prijovic steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Rei! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Prijovic scores the big KO victory!

They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
