Da Fiel escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Goulart gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Da Fiel drops back, looking for a kneebar! Goulart looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Goulart looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Goulart!

Goulart wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Da Fiel, who protects the arm well.

Goulart has hold of Da Fiel's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Da Fiel seems comfortable defending it but Goulart has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Da Fiel is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Da Fiel is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Goulart couldn't care less - he's delighted!
