The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Freeman throws a left and a right that both miss
and Memorex counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Freeman is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Freeman misses with a shot to the body
enabling Memorex to counter with a crisp jab.
Freeman paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Freeman throws a big shot that misses.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Memorex crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Freeman - the referee stops the clock and Memorex gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Freeman. Memorex manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Freeman batters Memorex with a massive right followed by a huge left! Memorex is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Freeman lands a final crushing right hand to drop Memorex to the mat with a gruesome thud! Freeman is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
