The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sackett loads up on a big right hand but Flave slips the punch.
Flave lands a nice shot that snaps Sackett's head back.
Sackett throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Good leg kick by Sackett there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Flave tries to clinch there but Sackett circles away.
Flave scores with a shot to the body.
Sackett throws a hook but Flave blocks it.
Flave slips under a jab from Sackett.
Sackett throws a body punch but Flave moves out of range.
Flave lands with a straight right. Sackett didn't see that one coming.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Flave, as that shot connected.
Flave ducks under a wild hook from Sackett.
Flava Flave seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Flave darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Sackett moves out of range as Flave strikes.
Flave fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Sackett on the side of the head.

Horrible takedown by Flave or perhaps it was just good defense by Sackett which made him look bad.

Flave is working to tighten is grip on Sackett's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Sackett has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Flave is really squeezing tight and eventually Sackett passes out! Flave breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

and Palhares counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Palhares uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hulahula.
