and Knitter counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Knitter lands a straight punch to the body, keeping St Pierre at a distance.

Vaits tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cartnell sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Vaits somewhat.

Vaits misses with a takedown attempt - Cartnell sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Vaits takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Vaits shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Cartnell manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
